What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yard Truck Operator position at NLaws Refrigerated Port Services?
Full time job - 8am-5pm Mon - Fri.
Responsibilities :
Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items.
Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
Securing loads to the machine before transportation.
Adhering to safety management standards.
Adhering to production schedules.
Qualifications :
Need to be able to drive yard truck to move 40' containers around our yard.
Will have to pass a drug test prior to employment.
CDL preferred but not required.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Good physical condition.
Good organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication.
Additional Information :

9 paid holidays
40 hours paid vacation in first year of employment after employed 90 days.
80 hours paid vacation after first year of employment.
Paid weekly.
Starting pay is $20 per hour.
