Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Manhattan, NY. As a Campaign Specialist, you will manage and execute campaigns, coordinate projects, and develop strategies to meet fundraising goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and nonprofit partners to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully. Your day-to-day tasks will include campaign planning, progress tracking, performance analysis, and maintaining clear, effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Campaign Management and experience in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and nonprofit partners
- Analytical skills to track campaign performance and inform strategic decision-making
- Experience in Project Management for organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset, with an ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with fundraising or the nonprofit sector is an advantage
- (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
This position offers a set starting base Salary with opportunities to earn additional bonuses. Candidates can expect anywhere between $46,000 and $58,000 bonuses in base salary in their first year. This depends on experience, interview performance, and other factors. Those who take on additional responsibilities or advance within their first year can expect to see continued growth beyond that range.
