We are seeking a driven and strategic Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team, covering the Northeast territory—Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a motivated hunter who thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and building strong pipelines. If you excel at consultative, solutions-based selling and have a background in capital equipment or medical office equipment sales, we want to talk to you.
This is a remote role with frequent travel to customer sites. A car allowance and cell phone stipend will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-up, and field prospecting
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close
- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers, administrators, and purchasing stakeholders
- Maintain a robust, active pipeline of prospects and opportunities across the territory
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations with a consultative approach tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Successful outside B2B sales experience, ideally in medical office equipment, capital equipment, or related industries
- Proven track record in hunting and developing new business within a defined territory
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape and buying cycles within medical practices and clinics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high degree of professionalism
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel 60–70% throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
