- Clinical Collaborator: Work closely with a dynamic team of medical professionals to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes through both in-person and telemedicine services.

ð Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in New York State with NYSED certification.

- NYS Prescriptive Rights.
