Job Description
- Create documentation, including technical guides and procedures, to ensure knowledge transfer and assist in training to team members on automation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud automation scripts, tools, and deployments.
- Ansible, and Terraform to automate network configuration, provisioning, and management tasks.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to gather requirements and automation tasks align with business objectives and operational needs.
- Create Ansible playbooks to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments.
- Project related work and help to operations support team.
- cloud monitoring and alerting services and capabilities
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to support project team to prioritize activities and provide deliverables as planned.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability as user demands grow.
