Responsibilities

 

Noblis is looking for a skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team.  The primary focus will be on the optimization of HR information flow, data modeling, and delivering meaningful People insights through Power BI, Cognos Analytics, the Business Intelligence (BI) toolset within UKG Pro, our HRIS system, and other industry-leading tools. The candidate will work with data from several systems to highlight company trends. This analyst will serve as a trusted advisor to our HR and business leaders; supporting, compliance, workforce planning and talent management through data analyses. Being a team player across our functional/technical team members across the organization ranks high on the list for this jobs' responsibilities.  

 

This is a hybrid role but predominately remote. 

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS required, preferably in human resources, finance, or technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience in a role that involves HR project management, HR systems and/or database management, workforce analytics and data visualization.
  • Ability to explore and analyze the data creatively to identify HR insights that add value in the strategic decision-making process.
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Advanced MS Excel knowledge including complex formulas, pivot tables and experience combining and performing analysis from multiple data sets.
  • Experience with data extraction, data analysis, data insight development, predictive analytics and building dashboards with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, UKG Pro's Cognos Business Intelligence tool.
  • Prior experience in developing metrics and reporting structures to help HR  and business leaders understand organization trends (e.g., hiring, turnover, workforce planning) to drive strategic business decisions.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and effective maintenance of people data.
  • The ability to handle and protect confidential and sensitive data responsibly as established in Noblis’ Policies and Procedures.
  • Strong critical thinking and execution skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • An understanding of system back-end requirements and prior implementation experience.
  • Flexibility and ability to provide fast turnaround when needed.
  • Data driven mentality with the ability to recognize any unconscious bias.
  • Understanding of affirmative action data requirements when working with affirmative action plans, to include general data used to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion within an organization.
  • Highly effective project management skills with an ability to work on and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Change management experience and prior experience in working with acquisitions.
  • A self-starter, able to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment; confident enough to share opinions and ideas.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a consultative approach to determine and articulate internal customer business requirements, develop the best approach for data analysis and turn data into actionable insights & recommendations.
  • A natural curiosity for statistical analyses, results, and implications to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with system implementations and integrations.
  • Curious mind with the ability to find and demonstrate trends.

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.

 

Posted Salary Range

USD $67,800.00 - USD $105,975.00 /Yr.
