  • Verify apprentice enrollment with DOL-registered apprenticeship programs and ensure documentation is properly submitted to the third-party carrier and internal systems.
  • Assist in the onboarding and field placement of apprentices and help ensure work assignments align with the scope and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain records of apprenticeship documentation, waivers, and third-party communications.
  • Coordinate with internal payroll staff and the third-party carrier to ensure certified payroll reports are accurate and submitted on time using required platforms (e.g., LCPtracker).
  • Review labor classifications, fringe benefit allocations, and compliance statements in collaboration with payroll and third-party carrier support.
  • Respond to audit inquiries or requests for supporting documentation from the third-party carrier, clients, or regulatory agencies.

  • Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs).
  • Third-party compliance platforms and support teams (e.g., ACS).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with compliance reporting software and MS Excel.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
