Experience
Candidates must have at least 1 year of classroom teaching experience.
Duties
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students in elementary math
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on students' needs and learning goals.
- Utilize learning technology and computerized resources to enhance the tutoring experience.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter
- Experience in lesson planning to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Proficiency in utilizing learning technology and computerized resources for instructional purposes.
- Knowledge of techniques for working with young learners.
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain concepts and engage students in the learning process.
