What you’ll be doing
As a Marketing Engagement Associate, you’ll work alongside fast-moving team supporting live marketing campaigns across New Orleans.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Engage directly with the public during on-site marketing events
- Represent campaigns clearly and professionally through face-to-face interaction
- Build rapport, answer questions, and guide people through campaign messaging
- Contribute to team goals tied to campaign performance and growth
- Learn how campaigns are run, improved, and scaled from the ground up
- Take part in regular coaching and team development sessions
