Ratio: 1:2 2 Years Minimum Experience Required Must have 1 prior travel assignment Every other weekend may be required. Working on holiday may be required. Must register for C-EFM during the compliance phrase or within the first two weeks of the assignment Float Required,: Required to Float to like units (i.e. Mom/Baby),travelers are required to float before permanent staff Skills Required: Circulate, FHM, preceptor and/or charge This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine Flu Vaccine: Required - No Exemptions RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment Two (2) Supervisor references required Clinicians within 60 mile radius are offered at a local rate which could be lower than the travel rate.
