Every other weekend may be required. Travelers must be 40 miles away from the facility. Local travelers will not be accepted. Float Requirement: First to float within skillset. Potential float to Deaconess Newburgh (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & Deaconess Gateway (IN 11 miles). 2 HR notice given for cross campus float. Mid-shift float within same campus. Cross campus mid-shift float is unlikely but possible. Three years as RN - including one solid year of stepdown/PCU experience, 1 travel assignment required. Working holidays may be required. Epic experience required. Tele interpretation, initiate/titrate insulin, heparin, cardiac drips required. Unit Information: SDU 10 beds; Ratio: Days 1:4-5; NOCs 1:5-6; Tele 15 beds; Ratio Days: 1:5-6, NOCs 1:6. CN rarely takes patients on days but takes an assignment on NOC shift.
