What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrative Assistant position at Nomura?
Role Description / Areas of responsibility:
· Provide support to several Managing Directors and their team of 30-35 employees
· Extensive calendar management and meeting coordination both externally and internally
· Expense processing in accordance with Nomura policy
· International and Domestic travel arrangements: coordination of flights, tickets, accommodation and ground transportation
· Providing absence coverage to other team members as required
· Ad-hoc projects assigned
· Screening calls, act as gatekeeper
· Meeting/Event logistics coordination

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
· 3-5 years of Administrative Experience within Financial Services, preferably on a Trading Floor supporting a larger team.
· BA Required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
