Reservation Center Manager
Applicants must be available from mid-May through the end of September. Starting salary will be $18-25 hourly plus bonuses and commissions based on sales and performance.

The Reservation Center Manager is the direct supervisor of the office staff and executes the following basic responsibilities:
- Coordinates reservation and activity schedules on Fareharbor
- Opens and closes shop
- Creates staff schedules
- Manages clock-ins/clock-out through Timestation
- Makes bookings over the phone and in person
- Provides customer service and issue resolution
- Helps oversee retail operation, stocking, sales, etc.
- Works with cloud based waiver, employee scheduling, POS retail, rental and activity system
- Oversees reservation facility, reservationists and retail associates, manages cleaning schedules, etc.
The position requires excellent multitasking, communication and problem solving skills. The office is the epicenter of our business where we greet and sign-in customers, book activities and rentals and sell retail.
Starting salary will be $18-25 hourly plus tips and substantial commissions on sales. Exact rate will be commensurate with ability and experience. This position is seasonal, from May through September. There is room for advancement and additional pay for excellent candidates who are willing and able to take on more responsibility.
We will consider a broad array of skill sets for this position, as it involves elements of customer service, business administration, accounting, marketing, sales, retail and more. The best candidates will have a background in one or more of these areas. At minimum we are looking for a highly organized self-starter who can help keep our high-volume business running efficiently. Top pay will be available to candidates that can bring added professional experience and perform above and beyond the primary duties to help our business continue to grow and succeed.
