This role is a full-time position Monday- Friday 7AM-4PM (Summer) 7AM-5PM (Winter) Saturday work is required as the work load dictates.
A successful Candidate will have:
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong organization/ time management skills
- Exemplary Customer Service
- Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
- Desire to work in a team environment
Daily Functions and Responsibilities:
- Will cultivate leads by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Inputting customer data into our databases
- Running and processing credit cards and manage monthly invoicing for customers
- Reconciling Accounts Receivable
