When you join RadNet as a In-Suite Assistant, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.You Will: Support MRI Technologists and Radiologists to promote patient safety and efficient workflowsComply with all HIPAA guidelines, confidentiality guidelines, and safety guidelines for a laboratory/clinical environment.Assist in coil positioning, MRI safety screening, patient observation, and procedure prepCollect and document accurate patient medical histories and record them in the EMRMaintain a clean and safe MRI control room and decontaminate coils, equipment, and exam roomsGreet and guide patients through the MRI process, putting them at ease and answering questionsAdminister oral contrast under the technologist direction and provide instructions as neededSupport technologists with coil setup, suite cleanup, and supply stockingHelp screen patients and verify exam documentationAssist with positioning patients, gowning, removing IVs, and providing discharge instructionsCollaborate with the MRI Steering Technologist and site leadership to ensure smooth operationsCommunicate delays and schedule changes to the front desk and teamAttend required trainings, meetings, and quality control activities You Are:Passionate about patient care and committed to providing excellent serviceOrganized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced imaging environmentA clear communicator with strong interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and skilled in managing multiple clinical and administrative tasksAble to maintain a calm, professional demeanor—even under pressureTo Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of an approved MRI Technologist Assistant program, including clinical hands-on trainingValid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationAt least one year of experience in a healthcare or medical settingStrong computer and time management skillsCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) designation (preferred)We Offer: Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision coverages.Health Savings Accounts with employer funding.Wellness dollars401(k) Employer MatchFree services at any of our imaging centers for you and your immediate family.
