Role and Responsibilities
We desire home inspectors, and even if you are not yet certified we are looking for talented people with building and trade backgrounds. We are looking for hard workers, as a lot of hard work and dedication goes into becoming a home inspector.

- Clean driving record, clean over-all record, our inspectors will eventually need to become ASHI certified and this requires a background check
You will:
- Inspect homes in the Fargo-Moorhead/ Grand Forks and surrounding areas
- Write up an inspection report
- Have attention to detail
- Represent Nordic Companies as timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Become certified in ASHI, radon etc.
This is a hands-on role at an established well-respected company that is in the early-stages of growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable in ambiguity and be willing to role up their sleeves on task big or small for us to help deliver an incredible home buying experience for our customers. You must be someone that always works in a sense of urgency.
Qualifications
- Minimum education - high school diploma or equivalent
- Great people and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer service mindset
- Must be proficient in typing and writing skills
- Computer/ smart phone literacy
- Must be physically able to fit in tight spaces
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable vehicle
- Available some weekends and evenings
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces, enter attics, etc.
- Clean drug/ background screen
