Compensation / Benefits
- $32.31-$52.14/hr. based on previous work experience.
- Evening differential $2.50/hr.
- Night differential $3.00/hr.
- Weekend differential $3.00/hr.

Norman Regional Surgical Services consists of 24 operating rooms with state of the art technology. We offer services ranging from urology, general, neuro, GYN, orthopedics, ENT and vascular access. Job Summary
- The Perioperative Clinical Coordinators function under the direction of the Periop managers.
- Run the procedural schedules ensuring adequate staffing, patient and staff safety, working with Physicians and Anesthesia, problem solving and keeping the schedule without delays.
- Coordinates the nursing services of departments by leading, directing and collaborating within the interdisciplinary care team.
- Serves as department leader alongside and in absences of Nurse Manager.
- Performs RN essential functions to include, but are not limited to:
- collaboration with other health professionals, assessment, analyzing assessment data, establishing goals, planning care strategy
- establishing priorities of care, implementing care, delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care,
- evaluating responses to interventions, and performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Associate’s degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
Experience
- 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse required.
- For OR, OR experience preferred.
(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience).
Licensure / Certification
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 0630-1900, 3, 12 hour shifts per week.
