We at Norridge Gardens are leaders within the long-term care industry. We are searching for an exceptionally organized and engaging activities director to create and oversee the rollout of our activities program.
Currently seeking a skilled and driven Activity Aide to welcome our ever-growing team!
Day in the life of an Activity Aide:
- Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of the facility.
- Participate in community planning interests that will enhance the mission of the facility and the services and needs of the resident and family,
- Participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of activity care plans and resident assessment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Ability to work harmoniously with others.
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
