What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Probe Operator position at North America Processor Inspection?
NAPI is hiring for a part-time truck probe operator in our Fremont office. Our inspection office is on the 2nd floor of our small building, looking down on the grain semi trucks as they arrive. Our job includes collecting a small sample of soybeans from each incoming truck via a mechanical probe, operated by remote joystick, and then inspecting the beans for quality. It’s that simple. The job hours typically run 6:00 to 4:00 pm. There will be a lot of flexibility with scheduling. There will be opportunities for more hours on occasion. This job is completely trainable, no experience necessary. Job seekers need to be reliable and have a willingness to learn the applicable duties.
