We currently have an opening for a FT Maintenance Assistant to work under the direction of our Maintenance Director We offer a COMPETITIVE WAGE AND BENEFITS package DOE
Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle tools and equipment
- Make proper calculations for repairs or reports.
- Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other center staff.
- Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents and the elderly.
- Meets all health requirements, as required by law.
- Demonstrates basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applications.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English
- Ability to pass a background check
