Housing Program Coordinator with North Central-Flint Hills Area Agency on Aging in Manhattan, Kansas. FT 8-5, M-F. Position is responsible for coordination and administrative duties associated with the Agency’s Housing Program. Duties include completion of all program reports as necessary, program compliance, program outreach activities, client eligibility determination/verification, monitoring and evaluation of program objectives. BA/BS in relevant course area or three years equivalent experience in related field required.
Knowledge of housing programs/housing issues and HUD programs preferred.
Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills, organization, and time management skills required. Requires use of Word, Excel and other software programs, 10-key, multiple line phone system, fax machine, copy machine, and keyboard.
