Responsibilities
General help desk type support for both wholesale and retail operations.
Setup up new and replacement PCs
General network repairs, additions, and installations
Create new and maintain existing Griz Visions while looking for ways to improve
Maintain camera systems company wide and install at new locations.
Maintain and repair security systems company wide and track user codes.
Minor sprinkler and fire alarm repairs.
Retail Registers
- Maintain and update the Clover software and product data file
- Provide tech support for managers and cashiers
- Setup new registers for temp retail locations
- Correct scanning issues
- Work with marketing to implement seasonal promotions
- Implement rewards program
Wholesale Website
- Gain a deep understanding of the entire website backend
- Research features that are not currently being used
- Maintain suggested products
- Add and maintain search key words
- Trouble shoot issues with customer orders
- Learn how to perform data imports and exports
Sage 100 Business Software
- Learn how to create and edit custom reports
- Learn how to perform data imports and exports
- Improve current workflow
* Due to the nature and seasonality of the fireworks business this role will include the need to be familiar with our product line, brands, and the willingness to jump in and help wherever necessary during our busy seasons. Travel will be necessary to visit our expanding retail and wholesale locations including but not limited to IN, KY, GA, SC, and FL.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
