Position Description & Details
The Office of Admission is seeking an organized, energetic, and collaborative team member to work in tandem with the current Campus Visit Coordinator. This position will schedule and coordinate campus visits for prospective students and families, serve as receptionist, enter prospective student information utilizing an electronic database, manage campus visit materials, coordinate campus tour guides, and work collaboratively with current students, staff, and faculty to contribute to a successful campus visit program.

Advertised Salary - $37,000

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent related experience
Minimum of one-year related experience
Extensive customer service experience
Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in the student body
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment
Standard hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, 7:30-4:00 during breaks
Computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in higher education
Experience working with an electronic scheduling system
Experience interacting with diverse groups
Experience using Microsoft Outlook
