North Georgia Ford is located in the heart of the North Georgia Mountains! Our busy Parts Department has an immediate opening for a Parts Counter Person who will assist technicians or customers in dispensing and purchasing needed parts and supplies. Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person
- Sell parts to meet monthly forecasts.
- Issue parts and accessories to customers or technicians from the parts counter.
- Utilize the phone and internet to source the best prices for parts.
- Provide the option of delivery service of orders using a parts truck.
- Display seasonal parts and accessories in an attractive manner.
- Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter.
- Maintain customer back order file.
- Maintain master parts and price book.
- Receive original and duplicate copies of repair orders and place them in the order file.
Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Counter Person:
- Experience is preferred but not required!
- Must be a people-person with a friendly personality
- Computer proficiency
- Team-oriented, flexible, high level of customer service
- Valid driver's license
