Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Army Instructor located in Torrance, CA. The Army Instructor will be responsible for the day-to-day training and command of students in an Army JROTC program. Responsibilities include developing and delivering instructional lessons, teaching military history, leadership, and citizenship, as well as organizing and supervising drills and physical training activities. The instructor will also mentor students and prepare them for various competitions and community service activities.

- Experience in Command and Teaching roles
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with high school students
- Experience in curriculum development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Military Science, or related field is preferred/not required
