Auto Title Specialist
Overview:
North Mill Equipment Finance is seeking a Title Specialist. Ideal candidate must have experience processing titles for new and used commercial equipment. Candidate must be detail oriented, organized, hardworking, and committed to the success of the department.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between outside agencies or 3rd parties that provide resources and support.
- Administer incoming vehicle titles including QA for accuracy and key data points.
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to gather or clarify information with service providers.
- Accurately document all information pertaining to accounts.
- Prepare and/or process documents; review for accuracy and completeness; update information and/or evaluate against policy; compare elements for consistency or logical relationships, etc.
- Deal with internal and external customers and clients in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
- Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, e-mail, fax or telephone in a professional, customer-focused manner.
- Keeps vehicle records in computer systems up to date.
- Manage different aspects of the post repossession process i.e., transportation, recovery agent invoicing.
- Special projects, duties, and other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- 1 - 2 years of title processing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented with an ability to multitask/prioritize daily and monthly responsibilities.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with teammates.
Salary : $48,000 - $60,700
