WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a specific site or location.
They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety
regulations. They coordinate and supervise the work of employees, contractors, and subcontractors,
ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed efficiently. Site Supervisors also communicate with
clients, address any concerns or issues, and maintain a positive working relationship with all
stakeholders involved in the project. They may also be responsible for maintaining records, tracking
progress, and reporting to higher-level management.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Acts as the main point of contact for all vendors and contractors working on-site, and coordinates
specifications.
- Collaborates with vendors and contractors to schedule equipment, materials, and manpower
- Ensures that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Conducts regular inspections and quality checks on work performed by vendors and contractors
- Enforces safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all on-site
- Conducts safety briefings, inspections, and incident reporting as necessary.
- Tracks the progress of work carried out by vendors and contractors, including milestones,
- Provides regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on the status of work and any
