Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Weekend are a MUST. Hours usually between 12pm-7pm Thurs, Fri and Sat. 11am-6pm Sun.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and locate items in the store
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Promote store loyalty programs and encourage customers to sign up
- Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
Skills:
- Strong selling skills with the ability to meet sales targets
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Previous experience in electronics or wireless sales is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset
- Highly organized with attention to detail
