What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Resources Technician position at North Platte NRD?
The North Platte Natural Resources District in Scottsbluff is accepting applications for a Water Resource Technician. Primary duties include reading and maintaining flow meters, chemigation inspections, measuring ground water levels, sampling water quality and well decommissioning. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and ability to operate an ATV and other basic mechanical tools are required. A high school diploma, a valid Nebraska driver license, and the ability to achieve a Natural Resource Ground Water Technician Certification are required.
