Hospital Overview:
We are a busy full service veterinary hospital located in Parrish, Florida. Our services include wellness care, routine medical, surgical and dental procedures for dogs and cats. We pride ourselves on our top notch customer service, and the highest standard of individualized medical care.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering, screening, and forwarding all incoming calls, faxes and emails.
- Greeting clients, checking patients in/out.
- Scheduling medical appointments and surgeries for multiple doctors.
- Recording and relaying information, maintaining medical documentation.
- Processing payments, refunds, cash handling
- Clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of front office and lobby.
- CSR's are the face of the hospital and the client's main point of contact, it is of the utmost importance that our front desk is friendly, inviting, patient and caring.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED preferred.
- Receptionist experience, front office representative or similar
- Experience with office office equipment (e.g. fax, printers, scanners,)
- Experience with computers (e.g. emailing, document attachments, windows programs)
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Verbal communication skills.
- Time management, multitasking, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Previous Veterinary or Medical office experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
