What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Staff position at North Star Residential Habilitation?
We are looking for a fun and energetic staff to join our team. We work with adults with developmental disabilities, so we are looking for staff who are: responsible, dependable, compassionate, and patient. Must have a vehicle with current drivers license and insurance. This position includes but is not limited to: -entering participants homes to help provide them with the services they need -Encourage getting out in the community and doing things other than just sitting at home -Following daily goals and helping participants run their program plans.
