What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at North Woods Home Care & Hospice?
North Woods Home Care and Hospice has an excellent opportunity for a full time RN/Case manager to work in the Chippewa County area. We are looking for a compassionate professional with strong nursing skills. RN will work with a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals, make home visits to patients, and assume on-call responsibilities for patients in the Chippewa County area. Experience in home care is a plus. Computer literacy needed and experience in computerized documentation system is helpful. We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package including a company car based from home. Benefits funding covers 100% of single employee portion of Health insurance. Sign on bonus also available with a 3 or 5 year commitment.
