Our client, a well-known Manufacturing firm in Bergen County, NJ, is looking for a Commodities Trade Support Associate to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate order, shipping, and trade-related data within internal systems.
- Track inventory positions and shipment status to support timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Develop and manage working relationships with external counterparties, service providers, and storage partners.
- Review and administer commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with key terms such as pricing, volumes, delivery schedules, and operational requirements.
- Perform market and operational research to inform trading and logistics decisions.
- Assist with contingency planning and execute operational adjustments in response to disruptions.
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international logistics across trucking, rail, ports, and storage networks
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional experience in trade operations, logistics, finance, or a related field.
- Bachelors Degree Required
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
