Responsibilities:
- Assist with all dietary functions in accordance with policies and procedures, and to ensure quality food service is provided to all residents and staff
- Sets up trays and/or place settings according to care planned diets and individual meal tickets
- Assists with meal set-up at meal time according to the diet card, considering food preferences and consistencies to meet each resident's individual dietary needs.
- Stocks cafe with supplies as directed by supervisor.
- Performs related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent-required
- Prior industrial/commercial kitchen experience preferred
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Dependable, adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work hours include alternate Saturdays and Sundays
Compensation:
- Rate will be commensurate with experience.
