Primary responsibilities include:
Planning, development and implementation of programs and services, including growth and development of clinic services.
Establishment of guidelines and policies and procedures for client care and administrative functioning.
Accountable for the adequacy, appropriateness and quality of client care, including diagnostic evaluations, the case review process, and implementation of UR findings. Develops and monitors quality clinical performance indicators, leads the QA process.
Responsible for hiring and management of staff, including selection, development of job descriptions, staff assignments, and maintenance of a staffing schedule.
Directs the professional activities of staff, including development of in-service education, supervision, and staff performance management. Provides clinical training and consultation. Ensures productivity measures are being met.
Development (in conjunction with the AEC & CFO) and oversight of the annual budget.
Monitor and manage staff productivity to ensure all staff are meeting productivity expectations.
Part of an after- hour’s on-call rotation. (i.e. available to take calls nights and weekends)
Performs all other duties as assigned or requested by supervisor.
Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and licenses, including but not limited to CPR, First Aid.
Qualifications:
Psychologist, Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor (LICSW or higher)
Minimum four years full-time supervised clinical experience subsequent to obtaining the relevant graduate degree, two years of which were in an supervisory/administrative capacity
Minimum two years full-time clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting subsequent to meeting the highest level of qualifications for his/her professional field
Experience With CBHI Services Strongly Preferred.
Maintains clinical licensure
Maintains current knowledge and competence in the clinical treatment of children and adolescents.
