Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. has a full-time opening for a Foster Care Case Manager for our Malden area office to provide intensive case management to youths. Some duties will include communication and relationship building with client and all collateral partners connected with each client (schools, funding partners, therapists, agencies, foster homes, etc.), setting limits for youth, development of interventions, and setting goals toward individual successes in conjunction with client’s guardians, therapist and other providers. Must participate in on-call services as needed.
To be qualified, candidates must possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- LSW or LSWA license or license-eligible
Candidates must have a valid driver's license with approved DMV, DCF and CORI background checks. Travel is involved and a reliable vehicle is needed.
