Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Assistant at Northeast Cincinnati Pediatric Associates, located in Mason, OH. The Medical Assistant will perform clinical and administrative tasks, such as assisting during patient exams, collecting patient information, managing medical records, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and communicating with patients and families. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office and delivering excellent patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Medical Assisting and proficiency in Medical Terminology
- Experience in a Medical Office environment and familiarity with Medical Records management
- Ability to provide compassionate and efficient Patient Care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (preferred)
- Familiarity with pediatric care practices is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
Hours and Benefits
- Monday through Friday including a Saturday morning rotation and occasional evenings
