Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Title & Marketing Intern to support the marketing efforts of our real estate and title company. This role is ideal for a current student seeking hands-on internship experience or a recent graduate looking to build a career in marketing. The intern will play an active role in managing social media platforms, assisting with website updates, creating marketing materials, and collaborating with team members across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and create content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others
Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, email campaigns, flyers, and presentations using Canva and similar tools
Assist with website updates, content edits, and basic site maintenance
Create and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Constant Contact
Support branding and marketing initiatives for real estate listings, title services, and company promotions
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure consistent messaging
Track engagement metrics and assist with reporting on marketing performance
Perform general marketing and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field
Strong interest in real estate, title, marketing, social media, and branding
Experience with or willingness to learn Canva, Constant Contact, and social media platforms
Basic design skills and an eye for visual presentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, or similar
Knowledge of real estate, title, or professional services marketing
Basic understanding of analytics and social media performance tracking
