We are seeking an experienced and LICSW independently licensed Clinician to join our growing Outpatient Telehealth team as a Program Director!
This is a fully REMOTE, telehealth opportunity!
The Program Director will provide leadership and help manage the daily operations of the outpatient telehealth team. The Program Director will guide the staff and assist in the development, treatment, methodologies and ensuring the effective implementation of all programming for our clients and help grow our services in the community. The Program Director will also provide supervision to clinical staff for licensure.

Securing your independent license in the state of Massachusetts is required prior to start, in order to help support our busy Telehealth team.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- LICSW Independent clinical license in the state of Massachusetts - Required by time of hire
- Five or more years of experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
- Three or more years of management experience
- Must provide supervision for licensure
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
- Experience in quality management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
