Northeast Pharmacy Services is a closed door LTC Pharmacy and is part of New Hampshire's largest independent provider of pharmacy services, comprising of retail pharmacy, a non-sterile compounding lab, and a DME provider. Retail order entry technicians looking for a less stressful office like work experience are encouraged to apply.
The Order Entry Technician reports to the Order Entry Supervisor
- One day shift available between 7:30am - 6:00pm
- One evening shift available 12:00pm - 9:00pm
- Every 5th weekend
Salary $20/hr depending on experience.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer service calls and provide the best possible customer service experience for our accounts and patients.
- Enter refill orders
- Interpret and enter prescription information into QS1 Software system.
- Provide prescription status
- Provide delivery status
- Ensure emergency telephone order prescriptions have been received.
- May be expected to perform some clerical duties relating to the pharmacy.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
REQUISITE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must have order entry experience (PTCB)
- Good phone presence
- Excellent customer service
- Computer aptitude (QS1,Microsoft Suite) preferred
- Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
