What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech Language Pathologist position at Northeast Speech and Language Services?
Northeast Speech is a small, private, family-owned speech therapy practice in Somerville, NJ. Northeast Speech and Language Services offers individualized speech therapy to a variety of ages from pediatrics to geriatrics. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate part-time SLP to add to our family!
Requirements:
Therapist must be available to work after-school hours as this is our greatest need (4:00/4:30 - 6:30/7pm). Therapist must be able to provide speech therapy 2 evenings per week.
The therapist would be required to obtain professional liability insurance.
Minimum education needed: Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology/ Communication Disorders
Experience working with both adults and pediatrics preferred.
NJ State SLP License required
Must have ASHA CCC's and be current on ASHA dues (strong cfy applicants are encouraged to apply)
Be credentialed with various insurance companies OR be willing to obtain a NPI (National Provider ID #) and be credentialed through various insurance agencies.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
