What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
This position will be responsible for assisting the Head Soccer Coach with the day-to-day functions of the soccer team. Duties may also include recruiting, developing practice plans, coordinating travel, scheduling and other assignments as prepared by the head coach and/or athletic director. Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, work well with others in a team setting, and possess knowledge and experience coaching soccer.

The assistant women's soccer coach is expected to participate in campus activities & interact with campus organizations.
What We Require:
- Associates degree required: major in health, recreation, sports management or related field preferred.
- Ability to obtain a commercial driver's license.
- 3 years of coaching soccer OR collegiate soccer playing experience.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Willingness to travel regionally and throughout Colorado at all times of the year.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
This position also has the potential to live on campus and work as an Assistant Residence Hall Director.
The Assistant Residence Hall Director (AHD) is a college employee working in the Residence Life Department. The personal characteristics of an effective AHD include good judgment, sense of humor, ability to work and make decisions under pressure, flexibility, common sense, commitment to positive group community, and effective communication, and leadership skills. The position is demanding in time and effort and requires a major commitment for availability and service for the residents.
What We Can Offer:
This is a part-time benefit-eligible, exempt position. Competitive fringe benefit package available through the State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education. Salary for this position will be $27,500. Competitive fringe benefit package available which includes medical, dental, life, PERA Retirement Plan, 11 paid holidays, and several optional benefits. Position to begin as soon as a qualified candidate is identified.
If hired as an Assistant Hall Director, a 2-bedroon apartment with kitchen, a meal plan, and Wi-Fi is available. Position begins as soon as possible.
