About the Opportunity Khoury College of Computer Sciences is looking for a Distinguished Research Fellow. Responsibilities: The Distinguished Research Fellow will be expected to start-up their own research program. This will include applying for external funding, developing project budget; interviewing, hiring, and managing all professional and technical staff. The appointee assumes full responsibility for the complete program of investigation. They will be expected to direct their own research program and serve on external program committees and make connections with industry, government and non-profit sectors. Qualifications: Must have a Ph.D. or equivalent; progressively more advanced research experience; demonstrated outstanding attainment in their area of computer science, as reflected in the number of important publications, inventions, or equivalent efforts, at least some of which have had recognition within the discipline; demonstrated project management experience, including supervisory, budgetary, and general administrative skills.
