Job Summary:

As a door to door sale representative, you’ll be the face of our brand – meeting customers in their homes, introducing telecom services, and helping them choose the best options to fit their needs. If you like meeting new people and earning based on your performance, this is the perfect opportunity.
What you’ll do:
- Visit with residents and small businesses within assigned territories to promote internet, phone, and other broadband services.
- Educate potential and existing customers on available service packages, services and pricing.
- Accurately assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Complete sales orders and submit required paperwork and documentation timely and accurately.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and service availability.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in sales, marketing, or business is a plus.
- Prior sales experience preferred (door-to-door, retail, or telecom industry a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
