We are seeing a Client Access Specialist to join our team! This position will provide continuous daily supportive services for the Northern Pines Brianerd, MN Outpatient Office. This role will provide administrative support to both clients and staff.
Essential Functions include:
- Effectively utilize necessary technology (computer, email, electronic health record system, fax machine, copier, multiple line phone) to complete tasks
- Interact with clients and staff in a professional manner
- Welcome and direct all visitors of the Maple Street office
- General clerical duties may include but are not limited to: filing, scanning documents, answering phones, directing calls, administering forms, confirming appointments, distributing mail, maintaining lobby area, and assisting clinicians with various requests
- Answer and route calls through the centralized call system
- Assist with client intakes as needed
- Assist Health Information department with collection, filing, and termination of client files as needed
Qualifications include:
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task, pay close attention to details, work in a fast-paced environment and work independently at times
- Ability to lift 60lbs on an occasional basis
- Sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Travel is a function of this position; a valid driver's license is required
