ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, outside sales role focused on helping small business owners protect their employees with supplemental insurance coverage.
You'll spend most of your time out in the field, prospecting, presenting, and closing new business. We'll teach you a proven sales system, train you on our proprietary CRM to organize your pipeline and follow-up, and pair you with top producers who will train and mentor you directly in a lead-by-example culture.
Your primary goal is client acquisition. Over time, as your book of business grows, you'll shift into more repeat sales and referrals.
This is face-to-face, relationship-based sales. If you're the kind of person who thrives on ownership, consistency, and getting after it every day, you'll do well here.
