Northern Valley Eye Care is a large, private optometric practice located in beautiful St. Albans, Vermont. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Optical Lab Technician / Patient Coordinator / Receptionist to join our supportive, patient-focused team.

Schedule
- Full-time
- 8–10 hour shifts

Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance of optical lab equipment
- Block, surface, and finish lenses using lab equipment
- Inspect, dispense, adjust, and repair eyeglasses
- Enter lens orders into vendor online portals
- Communicate with lens vendors regarding products, pricing, invoices, and credits
- Receive and send mail to lens vendors and, occasionally, patients
- Professionally answer and triage incoming phone calls
- Accurately schedule patient appointments
- Prepare and organize patient records with exceptional attention to detail
- Perform administrative duties to support daily practice operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines
