About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Specialist to join our team in Chennai, India. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with expertise in ERP integrations, data migrations, and customizations, particularly in SAP Business One, NetSuite, and other ERP platforms. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and managing ERP & API integrations while ensuring seamless business processes and data flow.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Integration & Customization:

• Design, implement, and manage integrations between ERP systems (SAP Business One, NetSuite) and third-party tools such as Smartsheet, Concur, Zendesk, etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and build scalable, efficient solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end data integrity and seamless system interoperability.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support integration and reporting needs.
• Utilize SQL Server, SSIS, and ETL tools to manage data migrations and transformations.
• Work with APIs, web services, and middleware technologies to enable smooth data exchanges between systems.

Project Support & Collaboration:

• Manage service tickets through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of integration-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to align integration efforts with business goals.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and procedures for all integration-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

• 10 years of experience in ERP integration, implementation, and support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One, NetSuite, and other ERP platforms.
• Experience working with Smartsheet, Concur, Zendesk, and similar third-party systems.
• Expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS for data migration and ETL workflows.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ERP integration methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in database management, SQL query writing, and ETL processes.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for custom ERP solutions (preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex integration challenges.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a focus on customer needs.

Preferred Certifications:

• SAP (preferably SAP Business One) or NetSuite certifications.
• Experience with cloud integration tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.

Education & Work Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications in Oracle ERP and/or NetSuite (preferred).
• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Office-based role in Chennai, India.
• Must be authorized to work in India.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
