Community Manager - The Highlands at Faxon Woods
The Highlands at Faxon Woods Apartments is located in the heart of Quincy, and close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. This 196-unit community is set on features high end amenities, a fitness center, and a playground.
We are seeking a high energy Community Manager to oversee day to day operations at the community. The Community Manager is responsible for profitability, cost, control, operating budget, and management reporting, as well as supervision of property staff. They serve as the primary representative of the company to residents, staff, vendors, and the public, and are charged with maintaining Northland’s high standards of customer service and quality.
Qualified candidates will have:
- 2- 3 years of multifamily property management experience
- Experience managing direct reports, including maintenance staff and contractors
- The ability and desire to sell and market the community
- Experience with MRI software preferred
