Summary of Job: Full-Time Opportunities at Southern Illinois Healthcare including SIH Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, SIH Herrin Hospital, and SIH St. Joseph Memorial Hospital. Cases Include: Case mix is dependent on each individual location. SIH Carbondale offers higher acuity while SIH Herrin and SIH St. Joseph offer lower acuity. Compensation: On average, New Grads earn $325K at SIH Carbondale. Excellent earning potential. Increased compensation with experience. Sign On Bonus of $60K and 8 weeks of PTO.
Facility Description: Options for call taking or non-call taking. Wide variety of shifts available at Carbondale including 12's and 24's. Herrin and St. Joseph offer 8's and/or 10's. Flexible scheduling and wonderful team with autonomy.
